JennAir® Lustre 36" Black Smart Induction Cooktop with Temperature-Controlled Cooking

Surpass the limited control of traditional power-level cooking and get consistent results with JennAir Temperature-Controlled Cooking. Automatically maintain an exact temperature between 120°F and 400°F. Sensors monitor temperatures and automatically adjust to prevent overheating, so you're free to manage the kitchen and entertain without worry.

Harness the precision of induction by selecting preset cooking modes directly on the cooktop. Select Boil to quickly bring water to a rolling boil, integrated sensors auto-adjust to help limit overboiling while you prep. Select Simmer for optimal temperatures to slowly cook sauces. Use Sauté for more intense heat in stir-fries and fajitas.

Send the power of induction to every corner of your cookware. Flex-Choice™ Zones feature rectangular elements with even heat edge-to-edge, unlike traditional round bridge elements. Twin elements can be used separately at different temperatures for smaller dishes or combined into one large zone to evenly heat rectangular griddles.

Connect the JennAir® App to your device and indulge in a new culinary adventure with hand-picked, step-by-step mouthwatering recipes, timers and more. Preheat your pan while you prep, get ingredient alerts, then automate cook times and temperature changes. Monitor your cooktop and change temperatures directly from your device. Command it all from the palm of your hand using the JennAir® App. Look and learn your way to unforgettable dishes.

Blur the lines of temptation with tight corners of lustrous brushed metal that will leave you reeling.

Remotely turn off all cooking zones at once.

Power On Indicator Light quickly lets you know the power for an electric induction element is on.

Let the surface come alive to your touch. Easy and intuitive controls illuminate when in use and disappear into the lustrous black cooktop when turned off. Individual controls for each cooking zone provide quick access to Assisted Cooking Presets and 18 manual power levels.

Works with most high-quality cookware, such as multi-ply stainless steel, enameled steel or cast iron. Aluminum and copper cookware will not work unless it has a base made of iron or steel. Look for pans marked "Works with Induction," or test to see if a magnet will stick to the bottom.

The Semi-Flush 3mm profile is minimalism to the maximum. Available in sleek black or with a Lustre Brushed Metal Design to frame the space.

Unlock more design versatility with ability to install on a countertop above a JennAir® single wall oven.
